DURANGO, Colo. – The intersection of 10th Street and 6th Avenue will be closed to through traffic from Aug. 18 through 20 for a gas main installation. The City of Durango is providing this closure information as a courtesy to its citizens.
Niels Fugal Sons, as a contractor of Atmos Energy, is currently installing gas lines along 5th Avenue, between 2nd and 10th Streets and along 10th Street between 5th and 6th Avenues. Motorists and pedestrian are encouraged to follow all detour and traffic signs during construction.
