The Durango Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with First National Bank of Durango, will host a Customer Service Training Seminar featuring renowned author and customer service expert, Charlie Adams.  The event, which includes two separate sessions, will be held Wednesday, May 21st at the DoubleTree Hotel beginning at 8:00am.

     “We are very excited to bring Charlie Adams to Durango for this customer service presentation” explained Jack Llewellyn, Executive Director of the Durango Chamber of Commerce.  “I’ve read Charlie’s latest book Stoke the Fire Within: A Guide to Igniting Your Life and look forward to hearing Charlie share those stories from the book with our Chamber members.   He will give us a glimpse into our own potential while describing how others have reached their goals”.

The sessions offered are: 

Session #1 (8:00am-10:00am)

This seminar emphasizes the power of attitude in relation to exceptional customer loyalty.  You and your employees will walk away with compelling new insights on attitude, the joy of service and truly knowing what your customer wants.

 

Session #2 (10:15am – 11:45am)

HOW TO DEVELOP A POSITIVE ATTITUDE & KEEP THE DARN THING!

This seminar can be one of the most important investments you ever make in your employees.  Keeping a positive attitude in the 21st Century is hard!  You want to keep a positive attitude, but find negativity seeping around every corner.  Many people just don’t know how to get their attitude back on track.  This seminar will provide the direction which will directly impact performance and team spirit!
